OC Register: "Church building two-story home inside Anaheim arena"

ANAHEIM – The hammering of nails echoed through the Anaheim Convention Center as a work crew that included Habitat for Humanity CEO Jonathan Reckford and Broadcom co-founder Henry Nicholas began building the wood frame of a two-story home that will take shape inside the arena through Sunday.
Then the 1,200-square-foot home will be dismantled, loaded onto the back of a truck and shipped to a storage facility in San Juan Capistrano before making its way later this month to a vacant lot in Westminster – after it's graded.
Why the long journey?
Organizers are taking advantage of a lot of generous hands – and free labor. The home is being built as part of the Episcopal General Convention, being held at the convention center through July 17.
